These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of engageraise.com (the “Site”), operated by Engage Raise, LLC (“Engage Raise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, as indicated by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Engage Raise regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
